AMAZING Day .. all for the glory of JESUS!

THANK YOU to every person who came out for the first Jesus Jam Texas!  It is a day that will be long remembered. Many hearts were touched, and lives were changed!

We raised $891.50 for the Wounded Warrior Project! Here is a quick recap of some of the days events.  It would take a book to detail all the amazing work that was done on this day, so apologies if I forgot anything.  Every single person there was a Godsend (literally), so with that said.. here goes...

We began the day setting up at 8 a.m. in the morning under cloudy skies. Rain was threatening all during the set-up, but held off until most of the sound equipment was in place.  The good folks of Praise Cafe' worked tirelessly erecting canopies and covering equipment (along with the help of Conrad, Mitch, Lee, Jesus Jam Jason, Michelle and others) when the rain began. Amazingly, the music continued (with the speakers all encased in trash bags!) throughout a heavy downpour. (The program never stopped!)  We had several give testimonies and praise Jesus throughout the rain soaked morning. We even had a special performance in the rain by Derrick Gilbert (a.k.a. miracle man) who we had just met the day prior (see Facebook post for details)

Over 1000 water bottles were delivered to us by Destiny World Outreach Center in the rain.  Nearly EVERYONE pitched in to get the water bottles off their truck and in place.  The hotdogs were ready to be served at 12 noon (in spite of the heavy rain!).

Then, a miracle happened.. a clearing in the sky! Amanda Brown mentioned this during her testimony that a clearing was occurring over the event (a circle!). This was an answer to corporate prayer at CTRC the day prior.  We had no more rain the remainder of the event! Even though there were clouds and rain in most of the areas surrounding Lampasas.

Another miracle?  The sun shined directly onto the stage (not on the audience) at least three different times during Jesus Jam Texas.  One of those occurred as Amanda Anderson was ministering in song here.

Ryan and Jamie of 4eva Redeemed Ministries were better than ever!

Mitch Anderson preached a powerful, anointed sermon about living and dying for Jesus. Every single testimony was a blessing. The music was outstanding. The worship with Amanda Anderson was inspired. The event ended with Jason proposing to Michelle on stage!

Thank you to all who showed up to share the love of Jesus including: Mary, Joe, Max, Ken, Scott, Doreen, Nancy, Mike, Jason, Kristina, Michelle, James, Sophia, Freida, Goodluck, Merci, Taundra, Freddy (and all the members of Short Grass Prairie), Chris, Adrian, Jim, Teresa, and many, many more!

Conrad is creating a documentary about Jesus Jam Texas, so stay tuned!

Join us tonight at 301 S. Main St. in Copperas Cove, Texas for MORE at the Fellowship of Praise and Worship. Mitch and Amanda Anderson of South Carolina will be staying in Texas an extra week to minister God's love and continue encouraging us to give our ALL for Jesus!
